The complex consists of:
- a main brick building, two-story plus several minor resediments, with functions of dwelling, and storage, of irregular shape and a two-story agricultural outbuilding, formerly a barn-porch for a total of about 635 sq. m.
- a farmyard-access driveway;
- surrounding appurtenant land of about 10,000 sq. m.
- Rainwater collection basin ("fontone") dug into the clay.

(b) a valuable and articulated complex of buildings of 18th-century construction built on earlier structures of medieval origin, of which copious traces remain in the foundations.
The complex consists of:
- a main brick building, two stories plus a basement open to the south toward the valley, with functions of living and storage, of irregular shape and a one-story agricultural annex, totaling about 600 sq. m.
- a farmyard-access driveway;
- surrounding appurtenant land, on the southern slope, of about 5,000 sq. m.
- rainwater collection basin ("fontone") dug directly into the clay.
